Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns are strictly regulated.

Returns (Including COD Orders)

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or consumed food products.

Returns or replacements are allowed only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • Items are missing from the order

COD Orders – Special Note

  • COD orders, once delivered and accepted, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified issue
  • Refusal to accept a COD delivery without a valid reason is treated as a failed delivery

Reporting an Issue

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos are mandatory
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (including COD orders) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders (including COD) can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • No cancellation is possible after shipping
