Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Vayu Farms website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, including orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options, including prepaid (online payments) and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

COD-Specific Terms

COD may be available only for select pin codes and order values

We reserve the right to disable COD for:

  • High-value orders
  • Certain locations
  • Users with a history of order refusal or non-delivery
  • Additional COD handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout

Order Confirmation

  • All orders require confirmation before dispatch
  • COD orders may be confirmed via OTP, phone call, or SMS
  • Orders that fail confirmation may be automatically cancelled

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment for COD orders must be made in full at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery may result in restriction of COD access for future orders

Order Cancellation

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled or refused at delivery

Limitation of Liability

Vayu Farms is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Failed COD deliveries due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to pay

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
